Dexter ia a young boy with a super-intellect who spends most of his time in his secret laboratory with his super intelligent, high speed, quadraplex T3000 computer. When he is not wrecking havoc with his shrink-ray or looking through his giant, ultra-sensory, electron microscope, Dexter attends Huber Elementary School with his older sister Deedee. Even with his vast intellect, Dexter is afraid of being hit by Deedee and lacks the skills to beat her in a video game.
